Sausage Gravy

1 Ib sausage

2 tablespoons oil

1 white onion, diced

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups half n half

½ cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste...extra pepper!

Hướng dẫn

In a medium pot over medium high heat add the oil, sausage, garlic and onion. One sausage is cooked and onions are soft add the flour and cook 5 minutes. Slowly add the half and half and cream. Add the seasonings and mix. Continue to cook until desired consistency is reached
