1 tablespoon baking powder tablespoon e teaspoon salt

3 eggs

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup oils

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups chopped peaches

1 cup chopped pecans

Grease two loaf pans; set aside

Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

Beat eggs

Stir in sugar, oil, and vanilla

Add egg mixture to dry ingredients

Stir just until moistened

Fold in peaches and nuts

Spoon batter into prepared pans

Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes

Cool for 10 minutes
