10 tomatillos, papery skin removed

2 passilla peppers

1 jalapeño

1/2 onion

5 cloves garlic

1/2 bunch of cilantro stems included

2 limes

1 T olive oil

1 t sea salt

Broil/grill peppers, steam in bag, deskin and deseed

Roast tomatillos, onions, garlic at 450 for 10-15 mins

Mix everything in blender
