Instant pot:

Add one cup of water to the bottom of the pot. Put trivet in the pot. Place eggs on trivet so any touching is minimal (maximum 9 at a time in our pot). Set for 5 minutes on high and 5 minute pressure release (Egg setting should be set to this). Release pressure after pressure release ends and immediately put into ice water bath to improve peelability a prevent over-cooked yolks.
