Farmer’s Casserole

Nguyên liệu

3 cups shredded hash brown potatoes

3/4 shredded cheese (Monterey jack cheese, etc)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

4 beaten eggs

1 1/2 cup milk

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Hướng dẫn

1) coat 2-quart square baking dish with oil. Arrange potatoes evenly on bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions

2) in a bowl, combine eggs, milk, seasonings. Pour over potato mixture

3) bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes
