Frozen Peanut Butter Cups

1 cup roasted salted peanuts

10 large medjool dates

1 cup water

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips

In the bowl of a food processor, add the peanuts and run til it becomes peanut butter - you’ll know when !!

Then, add the dates, vanilla, salt and water. Run again until very, very smooth.

You can form them the original way (a few vids back, just double the recipe) or use an icecream scoop to put the mixture into mini muffin liners. Highly recommend not using a beige color like I did lol bc it blends in with the mixture and, well, ya might end up eating paper by mistake.

Once frozen, dip the top into melted chocolate and sprinkles or chopped peanuts (keeping the muffin liner on to make it less messy) I serve them with the muffin liners on, but you can take them off too.

Store in freezer.
