Nut & Seed Bark

1/3 cup (38 grams) raw pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup (46 grams) raw sunflower seeds

1/3 cup (42 grams) sesame seeds

1/3 cup (43 grams) raw chopped pistachios

1/3 cup (43 grams) raw chopped cashews

1/3 cup (43 grams) slivered almonds

1/3 cup (26 grams) shredded unsweetened coconut

1/3 cup (80 ml) raw sesame paste aka tahini

1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup

1 cup ( 150 grams) dairy free chocolate chips

Maldon flaky salt to top

Hướng dẫn

Preheat your oven to 350° F 180° C.

Place your seeds and nuts into a bowl.

Pour over your tahini and maple syrup.

Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread and flatten out mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes making sure it doesn’t burn.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave in incrementing 25 seconds each. About 3 times.

Pour chocolate over baked seed/nut and smooth out.

Top with flaky salt.

Freeze to harden and cut into chunks.

For best results enjoy frozen😋
