4 cups sugar

3/4 pound butter

1 can milnot

7-ounce jar marshmallow creme

12-ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 pound milk chocolate bars

Cook sugar, butter and milnot

Stir constantly for 6 minutes, til boiling

Place last three ingredients in bowl

Pour sugar mixture into bowl; mix well

Add nuts if desired

Pour into buttered jelly roll pan

Refrigerate
