Sugar Cookies I*

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup salad oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Hướng dẫn

Cream butter, oil, sugars, eggs and vanilla

Beat til creamy

Blend in flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour

Roll into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet

Flatten with bottom of sugared glass

Top with more sugar

Bake at 350 for 11 minutes
