Turkey Injection Marinade

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

2 teaspoons dried thyme

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 medium onion, finely diced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 cup chicken broth

Hướng dẫn

Combine all ingredients and thoroughly blend. Fill turkey injection syringe and literally inject the turkey all over before baking.

Bake turkey at 500° for 30 minutes then decrease the temperature to 450° until the internal temperature of the bird reaches 165°
