Tofu Rice Bowl

• Pan-Fried (Crispy):

Press tofu for 10-15 mins to remove excess moisture.

Cut into 1-inch cubes or triangles.

Toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and (optional) cornstarch.

Pan-fry in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until golden on all sides (about 3-4 mins per side).

• Marinated & Baked:

Press and cut tofu as above.

Marinate in the soy-sesame mixture for at least 15 mins.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 mins, flipping halfway.

Assembly

Scoop rice into your bowl.

Arrange veggies and toppings around the bowl in sections.

Add tofu, placing on top or nestled beside veggies.

Drizzle with sauce, garnish with sesame seeds, scallions, or nori.
