Coconut Rum Sauce

2 cups brown sugar

½ Ib butter

⅓ cup coconut rum

1 cup heavy cream

Melt butter with brown sugar in medium pot over low heat.

Add rum, then when it starts to slightly boil take off heat. Add heavy cream and mix well.
