Bourbon Glazed Steak Bites

2-3 lbs sirloin cut

Season steak with seasoning of choice

Glaze

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire

1/4 cup honey

2 Tbsp Basalmic vinegar

3/4 cup bourbon of choice

2 -4 tbsp brown sugar

Let steak marinate with combined glaze ingredients in refrigerator for at least 4 or more hours.

Cook with 2 tbsp melted garlic butter, 1 cup sliced white onions and herbs of choice.
