2 oz Blended aged rum

½ oz Yellow Chartreuse

1 oz Fresh lime

½ oz Demerara syrup

1 oz Seltzer

Fresh mint

Combine ingredients (except seltzer) and briefly shake with ice. Open your shaker and add the seltzer. Dump into a rocks glass and add more ice as needed. Garnish with fresh mint.
