5-6 tomatillos

5 árbol dried chillis

2 garlic cloves

1/4 white onion or less

1 small handful of cilantro

Peel and wash the green tomatillos removing any sticky residue from surface

Place tomatillos and arbol chilies in a pot with water to boil, 10-12 minutes or when they have lightly changed color and softened.

Add green tomatillos, arbol chill, garlic, onion and salt to the blender and blend until combined.

Add in cilantro bunch at the end and blend one last time.

Serve and enjoy
