This bowl is warm, fruity, and packed with protein and fibre to keep you feeling satisfied for hours. The scrambled banana oats create a fluffy, comforting base, topped with a tangy berry sauce, creamy Greek yogurt, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds for extra crunch and nutrition!
Scrambled Banana Oats Bowl

Scrambled oats
1 medium banana
1 whole egg
45g oats
1 tbsp flaxseed
Pinch cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sauce (makes enough sauce for 2 servings)
150g frozen raspberries
150g frozen blueberries
1 tsp maple syrup
To serve
100g Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt
1 tbsp hemp seeds

Add the frozen raspberries, blueberries, and maple syrup to a pan.
Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and form a thick sauce.
Remove from the heat and set aside. (This makes 2 servings of sauce - store leftovers in the fridge.)
In a bowl mash the banana and add oats, eggs flaxseed, cinnamon, and vanilla and mix together
Place in a pan and cook over low–medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture forms a soft, scrambled texture (around 5 minutes).
Add Greek yogurt to a bowl along with the scrambled oats and berry jam and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
