English cucumber – 2, thinly sliced
Roasted peanuts – crushed
Toasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped
Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Olive oil – 1 tbsp (for tempering) Or 🥄 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp (for authentic flavor)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Slice cucumbers and place them in a bowl.

Prepare tempering: In a small bowl, add chopped garlic, chili flakes, and salt.
Heat olive oil and pour it over the garlic mixture.
