Honey Lemon Glazed Crab Stuffed Salmon

Throwback to one of my favorites from holiday season! With Easter being tomorrow this is the perfect addition for Sunday dinner! Enjoy!

Full ingredient list:

1 whole slab salmon (about 3 lb)

Seasoning mixture:

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

1 ½ tsp onion powder

1 ½ tsp black pepper

1 ½ tsp chili powder

1 ½ tsp salt

1-1.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Use and Split seasoning mixture for both crab & salmon)

For crab mixture:

1 lb lump crab meat

1/4 cup mayo

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 whole lemon juiced

Seasoned to preference

For honey lemon glaze:

1/4-1/2 cup honey

1- 1 1/2 lemon zested + juiced

1-2 tsp garlic paste

Cornstarch slurry to thicken (optional)

2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce (optional)
