Lemon Cake

Duncan Hines moist lemon cake mix

Duncan Hines lemon icing

1 cup water

3 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 lemon

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp butter

Hướng dẫn

Make cake mix as directed

Zest the lemon and add it to the cake mix

Thinly slice the lemon and put it in a frying pan with the sugar and butter

Cook it for a long time on med to low heat (just bubbling, not burning)

When the cake is cool, ice it (thin layer on first, then a heavier one)

Place the sugared lemon slices on top of the icing and drizzle the juice from the pan on top
