Pumpkin Parfait Cake

I package spice cake mix

I cup canned p

3 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup raisins

1 quart vanilla ice cream

1 teaspoon pumpkin ple spice

Hướng dẫn

Combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, milk, baking powder and soda

Beat for 2 minutes

Pour into 10" fluted tube pan

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes

Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan, cool completely

Combine raisins and 1/2 cup water

Bring to boiling; remove from heat

Set aside to cool for 25-30 minutes; drain

Slice top 1/3 off cake

Scoop out inside, keeping 3/4" on all sides

Soften ice cream; add raisins and pie spice

Replace top of cake

Seal and freeze cake for at least 6 hours

Garnish with whipped cream and walnuts, if desired

Drizzle with caramel topping before serving
