Cheese Fondue

8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup dry white wine
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz gruyère cheese, shredded
Hướng dẫn
Melt the cream cheese in a fondue pot over low heat.
Whisk together the cornstarch, white wine and chicken broth. Add to the melted cream cheese and stir to combine. Stir in the garlic powder and nutmeg. Slowly add in the cheeses while constantly stirring until fully melted and incorporated
