Cream Puffs*

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup butter

1 cup flour

4 eggs at room temp

Hướng dẫn

Melt butter in water

Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly

Cool until lukewarm

Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition

Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet

Keep mounds well apart

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, 375 for 25 minutes OR 400 for 40-50 minutes

When cool, cut off top and clean out insides

Fill with whipped cream or pudding

Can also fill with meat mixture for appetizers
