Brown Sugar Cinnamon

1 C Water
1 C heavy whipping cream
1/2 - 1 C brown sugar (depending how sweet you like it)
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 Tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Bring the water to a boil, add brown sugar and remove from heat. Whisk well before adding in vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Let it cool before adding in the heavy cream. Shake well and let it sit in the fridge before you use it.
CARMEL
1 C Water
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp caramel extract
1/4 Tsp salt
1 C heavy cream
Bring water to a boil. Add in brown sugar, stir and immediately remove from heat. Add in vanilla and caramel extracts and salt and stir. Let it cool and once everything has completely cooled down, add in the heavy cream and stir.
VANILLA
1 ½ C Milk (I used 2%)
1 ½ C Half and Half
1/3 C Sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Mix everything together well and store in the fridge up to two weeks.
PUMPKIN SPICE
1 C Half and Half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C low fat milk
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp Mexican vanilla
1 Tsp pumpkin spice
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp maple syrup (optional)
Mix together milks and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk well and place the pan over medium low heat. Let cook for 1-2 mins then add in pumpkin puree and whisk in seasoning. Let simmer for 3 mins. Remove from heat and let cool before adding to a mason jar to store.
PEPPERMINT
1.5 C Lowfat Milk
1.5 C Half and Half
1/3 C Sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Peppermint
Mix everything together well and store in the fridge up to two weeks.
