90g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
90g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
Theaped tbsp garlic granules
Pinch of salt
Olive oil spray
40g grated mozzarella
10g light butter, melted
½ tsp dried parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 tsp chilli flakes
Напрямки
Combine the flour, yoghurt, garlic granules and salt in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until you have a shaggy dough, then bring it together into a smooth ball with your hands.
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C and spray the base with some oil spray.
Flour your work surface and a rolling pin and roll the dough into a rough circle about the thickness of a pound coin. Fold over the sides as if you're making a stuffed-crust pizza, to create a round shape.
Add the dough to the air fryer and air-fry for 10 minutes, then top the middle of the base with the mozzarella and air-fry for a further 4-6 minutes,
until the cheese is melted (keep an eye on it).
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the melted butter, dried parsley, garic and chilli flakes. Brush this mixture all over the cooked bread and serve straight away.
Нотатки
In my mind there is no better side than cheesy garlic bread, and this air-fryer version is made based on the miracle '2 ingredient' dough, giving it an extra protein boost and keeping it as delicious as ever. The recipe says serves two, but I won't judge you if you don't share it...

The dough can vary slightly depending on which yoghurt you use, so if it is a little sticky, add some extra flour, or if it's a tad dry, add a little extra yoghurt. It should form a smooth ball.
