Pork Belly Potato Stew

150–200g thin-sliced beef belly
1 pack beef bone broth
1 large potato
10 perilla leaves
Cheongyang chili peppers, to taste
Seasonings
1 tbsp soybean paste
1 tbsp red pepper powder
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp beef stock powder
2 tbsp perilla seed powder
Black pepper

Add the potatoes, perilla leaves, beef belly, and beef bone broth to a pot.
Add all the seasonings listed above.
Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add perilla leaves, perilla seed powder, chili peppers, and black pepper.
Once the potatoes are tender, it’s done!
