Напрямки
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the Steak: In a mixing bowl, season steak pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and sear on all sides until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), sautéing until fragrant—about 1 minute.
Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Cheeses: Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and the sauce becomes thick and creamy.
Combine Everything: Return the steak to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta shells. Toss until everything is well coated in the sauce and heated through.
Serve: Plate and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy this rich, flavorful dish! | Stir of Comfort
