Creamy Chicken & Pesto Wrap

150g cooked chicken breast, diced
20g basil pesto
1 tsp tomato purée
1 tsp dried basil
Good pinch of salt
40g light cream cheese
1 medium flour tortilla wrap
30g grated mozzarella
Olive oil spray

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
In a bowl, combine the chicken breast, pesto, tomato purée, dried basil, salt and cream cheese.
Sprinkle your tortilla wrap with the mozzarella before spooning the chicken mixture into the middle of the wrap. Fold in the sides, then fold the bottom of the tortilla upwards, pushing the filling towards you, and roll into a burrito shape.
Spray the outside of the tortilla with a little oil spray and air-fry for 8-10 minutes or until the outside is golden and extra crispy.
Either enjoy immediately or wrap in foil and place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Since the beginning of my weight-loss journey, creamy chicken wraps like this have been an absolute staple in my diet. They come together so quickly and are absolutely packed full of protein - this version with pesto is mouth-wateringly tasty and I guarantee will be a new favourite.

Meal-prepping? Iffrozen, defrost in the fridge overnight. When ready to eat, either remove the foil and microwave for 2-3 minutes, or keep the foil on and air-fry at 190°C for 8 minutes, ensuring it's PIPING hot in the centre.
