Easy Chicken Parm Bowls

2 oz dry protein pasta
4 oz cooked chicken
120g/ 1/2 cupmarinara or spaghetti sauce
100g blended cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 c mozzarella
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 2–3 tbsp pasta water before draining.
Cook chicken per package directions or air fry chicken breast at 380 degrees for 8-10 minutes
In a skillet over medium heat, add sauce and chicken.
Stir in yogurt/cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add seasonings.
Toss in drained pasta. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen.
Top with mozzarella, cover, and let melt (or broil 2–3 minutes).
