* 2 pounds fingerling potatoes, halved or quartered (depending on size)

* 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

* 4 cloves garlic, minced

* 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

* Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, dill, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

* Slow Cooker Magic: Transfer the potato mixture to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.

* Serve: Stir in the chopped fresh parsley (if using). Serve hot.
