Simple & Easy Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pasta

2 red bell peppers
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Optional) 1/3 cup pasta water

Roast the red peppers at 380F for 40 minutes or until the skin looks charred.
Remove the bell pepper’s skin & the stems & add to a blender.
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, feta, chili pepper flakes, & honey to the blender. (Add the pasta water to make the sauce thinner if you prefer.)
Blend until creamy.
Serve with pasta of choice & enjoy!
