Sweeten Easter Brunch with @brooklynsbites Cinnamon Sugar Bu

For the tails:
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
3 ½ Tbsp. melted butter
2 ½ Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 ½ Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Simply Organic® Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cold water
For the Frosting:
4oz cream cheese, room temp
3 Tbsp. butter, room temp
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. salt

On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry into equal squares.
Brush with melted butter, leaving a 1/2 inch border on each side.
Mix sugars and cinnamon, sprinkle over one pastry sheet.
Brush the 1/2 inch sides of the sugared puff pastry with cold water, then place the other sheet on top.
Press edges, then seal with a fork.
Cut 14-16 long strips. Shape strips into a "U" shape, then twist twice to form into a bunny.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then bake at 400°F for 15-17 minutes on a lined baking sheet.
Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add vanilla, salt and half of the powdered sugar, mix until smooth, then add the rest of the powdered sugar.
Pipe frosting onto the round portion of the bunnies and enjoy!
