1. mix sugar, eggs and vanilla

2. mix n' sivv all other dry ingredients

3. add dry and wet together, mix

4. peel or don't peel apple and slice as thin as possible/comfortable

5. add sliced apples to batter, mix

6. line a baking tray of any sort but ideally oblong that will fit the mix

7. bake at 180 for 50 minutes, skewer at this point to check

8. let cooked cake sit in the cooling to cold oven for as long as possible **best result i have had is doing this at end of evening and letting to set overnight in the Ofen.**
