2 eggs • 1.5 cups 2% plain greek yogurt • 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup • 1 tsp. vanilla extract • 3/4 cup flour (can sub gluten-free) • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~30 grams) • 2 tsp. baking powder • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen) •
