Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wings

Olive oil spray
500g chicken wings, drums and flats separated
¾ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vegetable oil
Very small pinch of salt
20g light butter, melted
½ tsp dried parsley
1 large garlic clove, crushed
15g Parmesan, grated

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C and spray the base with some oil spray.
Add the chicken wings, baking powder, vegetable oil and salt to a food bag or a container with a lid. Shake well until the wings are coated.
Add the chicken wings to the air fryer, making sure they have space between them, then spray with more oil spray. Air-fry for 10 minutes, then flip them over and cook for a further 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.
While the wings are cooking, mix together the melted butter, dried parsley, and garlic in a large bowl.
Once the wings are crispy, toss them in the garlic butter. Add the Parmesan and toss again, then serve.

In my opinion, there isn't anything much better than crispy chicken wings, and these are some of the best that l've had; so incredibly moreish, and with no deep-frying in sight!
