Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries and Toasted Walnuts

• 1 store-bought flatbread or naan (10–12 inches / 25–30 cm)
• 4 oz (115 g) brie cheese, sliced or cubed
• 1/4 cup (35 g) dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup (30 g) toasted walnuts, chopped
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) hot honey (or honey mixed with chili flakes)
• Optional: fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. <
