Apple and Caramel Crumble

30g rolled oats
20g vanilla protein powder (I use MyProtein)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
20g soft brown sugar
25g light butter
2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
50g caramel drizzle (shop-bought)

Preheat your air fryer to 170°C.
Add the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, sugar and butter to a bowl. Using your fingertips, rub the mixture together until you have a pebbly crumble consistency.
Add the apples, caramel drizzle and 2 tablespoons of water to a small ovenproof dish (that will fit in your air fryer), mix well, then scatter over the crumble mixture.
Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the crumble is crisp and the apples are tender.

In my mind, apple crumble is up there as the greatest dessert in existence, especially when you add a little hint of caramel. Topped with high-protein cinnamon crumble, this is such a warming pudding and is perfect with some low-calorie ice cream, or a little drizzle of custard.
NOTE
This will keep in the fridge for 2 days; to reheat, simply microwave until hot.
