Buffalo Turkey Burgers with Blue Cheese Sauce

1 pound lean ground turkey
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1 clove garlic (grated or minced)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 buns
Lettuce (tomato, red onion, extra blue cheese and buffalo sauce for toppings (optional)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoon ranch seasoning
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1-3 teaspoons buffalo sauce (optional)

In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the blue cheese sauce and whisk together until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl combine the buffalo sauce, egg, panko, ranch seasoning, and garlic. Whisk together.
Add in the ground turkey and gently combine everything with your hands. Form the turkey mixture into 4 patties.
Grill the burgers or cook them in a skillet on the stovetop until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes or 165° F.
Serve the burgers on buns topped with blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, more buffalo wing sauce, and the blue cheese sauce.
