1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1/3 cup red onion (diced, or scallions or chives)
2 tablespoons chicken broth (optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
black pepper (to taste)
