Biscoff Banana Pudding

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

- 1/4 cup cookie butter

- 1 cup milk

- 15.1 oz instant vanilla pudding

- 3 cups heavy cream

- 1 1/2 packs biscoff cookies

- 3-4 bananas

- 28 oz biscoff cookie butter

  1. Prepare the Pudding Mixture:

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, instant pudding, cookie butter, and milk.

  • Mix well and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to set.

2. Whip the Cream:

  • In a large bowl, whip 3 cups of heavy cream and a splash of vanilla until stiff peaks form.

  • Gently fold in the pudding mixture until fully combined and no white streaks remain.

3. Assemble the Pudding:

  • Slice bananas and arrange them in your serving dish.

  • Layer a thin layer of pudding over the bananas.

  • Add a layer of Biscoff cookies, followed by more bananas.

  • Drizzle with melted cookie butter (melt for 30 seconds to make it easier to drizzle).

  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

4. Finish the Dessert:

  • Crush about 10-12 Biscoff cookies and press them onto the edges of the pudding.

  • Melt the remaining cookie butter and pour it over the top of the finished pudding.

  • Decorate with Biscoff cookies while the cookie butter is still slightly warm.
