Juicy Pork Chop

Seasoning

boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick (Pick the marbled meat- Mine is boneless pork loin center cut)

4 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp paprika powder

2 tsp thyme

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Yöntemler

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Mix the ingredients to make a marinade.

Rub the marinade on all sides of the pork.

Bake in the oven for 13 minutes.

Flip the pork chops and continue to bake for another 13 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165°F.

Broil for 1~2 minutes.

Baste with the pan juice and cover with aluminum foil and let it rest for 3 minutes.
