Easy High Protein Salmon Miso Butter Rice Bowl

1 tbsp white miso paste
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cup short-grain rice
2 cup water
1 Large Salmon fillet
2 Tbsp Furikake
Yöntemler
Rinse the short-grain rice until water runs clear, then add it to the Instant Pot with 1 ¼ cup water.
In a small bowl, mix together white miso paste & butter until smooth.
Spoon the miso butter mixture directly over the salmon
Lay the salmon fillet on top of the rice.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on High Pressure for 9 minutes.
Allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
Open the lid and gently fold the salmon into the rice.
Serve warm and top with furikake. Enjoy.
