Drunken Tofu

(2-3 servings, 5min prep time):
-400g tofu, cut in slices
-6 Tbsp soy sauce
-4 Tbsp water
-2 Tbsp vinegar
-1 Tbsp maple syrup (or another sweetener)
-1 Tbsp sesame seeds
-2 green onions, chopped
-1 Tsp chili flakes
(Optional: 2 cloves minced garlic)
Yöntemler
Combine everything in a container and place the tofu in there.
Make sure the tofu is well covered and close the container.
Refrigerate for a few hours or the longer the better, this could last in the fridge for 4-5 days.
