Answering a few FAQs:

This makes a BIG batch (~4 cups), so you’ll need a very large, heavy bottomed pot. We’re using our @staub_usa 7 qt. Dutch oven!

You can store it in the fridge for 2-4 weeks, freezer for 6 months, or water bath can the jars and they’ll last for up to 12-18 months.

You can also make this in a slow cooker. Cook for 8-10 hours on low, then blend! Let us know if you have any other questions in the comments.
