High-protein Cottage Cheese Bagels

460 g of homemade cottage cheese

300 g AP flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

For egg wash:

1 egg

To sprinkle:

homemade everything bagel seasoning

Yöntemler

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and start mixing with a fork.

Mix by hand until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Divide into 8 pieces and shape them into balls.

Make small holes in the middle of each ball.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with homemade everything bagel seasoning.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180ºC / 360°F

Cool on a rack and enjoy😋
