1 tsp baking powder (5 ml | 4 g)

½ tsp baking soda (2.5 ml | 2 g)

Zest of 1 lemon (about 5 g)

Pinch of salt (1 g)

2 tbsp powdered sugar (30 g)

1 tsp lemon juice (5 ml)

Step 1 – Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until mostly smooth.
