Grandmas Peanut Blossoms

1 3/4 cups Flour (Pillsbury)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

36 Hershey Kisses

In separate bowl:

Mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside

Mix:

Cream butter and peanut butter

Gradually add sugars

Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

In a small bowl, add a few tablespoons of sugar.

Shape dough into balls.

Roll in Sugar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake for 8 minutes (might take longer)

Remove from over and put the Hershey kiss in the middle, slightly press down.

Return to oven for 2-5 more minutes.
