Raised Waffle Dough

2 tablespoons yeast

2 tablespoons diastatic malt

2 cups whole milk

9 cups sifted all purpose flour

12 whole eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla

4 cups butter

4 cups pearl sugar

1 T salt

Yöntemler

Warm milk with brown sugar pull off heat add yeast and diastatic malt add melted butter, eggs, salt, and remaining flour. Let's stay at room temperature and proof until doubled in size. Add pearl sugar, scoop and cook in waffle maker.
