Vietnamese “Asian” Chicken Marinade

Boneless chicken thighs (1lbs /person)
White Rice (1cup /person)
Green Onion x 1/2 bunch
Chopped Cilantro x 1/2 bunch
Sweet n’ Sour Sauce x3-4 plops
Soy Sauce x2 drizzles
Oyster Sauce x2 plops
Honey x1 good squeeze
Sesame Oil x1 drizzle
Minced Garlic (3-5 cloves or sub garlic powder)
Onion Powder
วิธีทำ
add all ingredients into ziplock bag the night before (or 6-8 hours before cooking)
Wash and Put rice to cook before chicken
Cook in Airfryer for 385*F for 20-26 min total or until internal temperature reaches 165*F
Pan fry on each side for 15-20 minutes total or until internal temperature reaches 165*F
