4 washed clementines
3/4 cup (160g) neutral oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup (184g) sour cream
1.5 cups (300g) sugar
2.5 cups (325g) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Blend clementines, eggs, and sour cream until smooth. Add in other ingredients and blend until just combined. Pour into prepared muffin tins and bake 16 minutes at 350° F. Makes 24
