50g oats
100g banana (ripe)
150g greek yogurt (0%)
1 medium egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
10g chocolate pieces
āļ§āļīāļāļĩāļāļģ
Mix the oats, banana, yogurt, egg, cinnamon, sugar and baking powder together. Top with chocolate pieces and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C.
So good!! If youâre doing it purely for weight loss then feel free to ditch the chocolate on top. ð
